I live under the eye of Kohatu Toa (Bald Rock, Kaiwaka) within a small Eco-village of eight families.
The way of meditation and the relationship practice of NVC are like two flaming arrows meeting in mid-air, showering me with sparks of love, freedom, insight and creativity.
The Empathy Angel journey of expansion has given me wings to follow the energy. As quoted,
empathy feels good to give and feels good to receive.
Connecting with universal values through empathy has softened me to the stress of strategy and allows an opening of trust and creativity. Establishing trust is a wonderful foundation for us all to meet in a place of mutuality. This way of life has supported me in the peaks and valleys of my life and all relationships including a relationship to myself.
