Hello beautiful people of NZ,
My name is Hannah. I am a Mama of 2, living off-grid in the beautiful Far North.
My gosh! It is such an honour to be in this role of offering the incredible medicine and gift that is Empathy.
My own spiritual journey in life really took off with the deep realisation that to really LOVE oneself is to deeply ALLOW oneself – in our full, beautiful, sometimes messy, expressions of who we are. And so when the teachings of NVC/empathy entered my life, they deeply resonated.
For me, empathy is so much more than a form of verbal communication. It is a consciousness. A way of knowing ourselves and of relating with others – where the authentic truth of who we are is deeply welcomed, honoured and celebrated.
When I receive empathy…
- I experience a deepened connection to myself and my own inner knowing
- I feel a warming sense of belonging from being seen and understood in my authenticity
- I feel greater clarity and empowered to live in deeper alignment with my hearts desires
The list could go on and on!
I am so grateful for all that empathy has brought to my life, and I am absolutely honoured to have the opportunity to bring this gift to the hearts of others.
