I know that finding meaning in our personal and professional lives can at times be challenging which led me to explore widely the different perspectives out there.

I have worked in senior corporate roles and now consult across a range of sectors. Alongside my professional career, I completed a master’s in Psychology and researched widely across other areas.

Much of that exploration was valuable however it was through Nonviolent Communication that key pieces began to fall into place. NVC grounded in empathy helped me see how easily we confuse our observations with judgements. We label ourselves and others, often without realising how those labels can obscure what is actually happening and what matters.

And here’s the kicker ! You already know what matters. Maybe you just need someone who will truly listen, creating the space for discovery.
